Obituary of Helen Nickerson

Helen Kay (Parker) Nickerson, age 82 of Liberty, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at the Troy Hospital. Helen was born September 8, 1942, in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of Philip and Lena (Young) Parker. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts. Helen also attended state beauty school. Helen is survived by her husband, John "Kenny" Nickerson; sons, Tim (Michaela) Black of Blossburg, PA, and John Kenneth Nickerson of Whitneyville, PA; daughter, Anna (Rusty) Phillips of Blossburg, PA; brother, Philip Parker of Blossburg, PA; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Roger "Rogie" Black, Jr. In honoring Helen's wishes, there will be no services.
