Obituary of Norma Jean Hager
Norma Jean Hager, age 76 of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away at her home on Friday, September 13, 2024. Norma was born August 29, 1948 in Tioga, PA, a daughter of Russell Farr and Marjorie (Gee) Dixon. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, going to the beach, walking, collecting Teddy Bears, bird watching, and travelling with her special friend, Bill Dexter.
Norma is survived by her sons, Matthew, Jimmy, and Brian Whittle of Lawrenceville; grandchildren Chelsy, Brandon, Aidan, Dakota, Haley, Britney, Devan, Jensen, and Judain; great-grandchildren Benjamin, Louella, Isaiah, Bryson, Hunter, Nicholas, and Xyonna; brother James (Carol) Farr of Lawrenceville; half-sisters Susan O'Grady of NY and Melody LeClair of TX; and Bill's daughter Vivian of Myrtle Beach, SC. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Steven Hager, and special friend Bill Dexter.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Harry J. Colegrove officiating. All are invited to a time of food and fellowship following the service at the Ven-You, 6 Broad Street, Tioga PA.
