Obituary of Roger G. Kizer
Roger G. "Koz" Kizer, age 70, of Tioga, PA, passed away at his home on Friday, September 6, 2024. He was born on October 16, 1953, a son of Carl and Marian (Keeney) Kizer. Roger worked as an autobody repair mechanic and was a member of the NRA. He enjoyed building and riding motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons, model cars, doing crossword puzzles, and was a collector of old car parts.
Roger is survived by his nieces and nephews, Tammy (Ed) Ford of Elmira, NY, Holly (Matt) Newhart of NC, Shawn Kizer, of Millerton, PA, and Mindy (Butch) Kizer of NC; great nieces and nephews, Michael (Kandis) Baker of Osceola, PA, Kaitlyn Baker of Addison, NY, Katie Updyke of VA, and Dustin (Samantha) Lewis of NC; several great great nieces and nephews; brother, Jim (Sharon) Kizer. He was preceded in death by his parents; a stepson, Joey Crigger; a brother, Keith Kizer; and a niece, Terry Baker.
Burial will take place in Middlebury Union Cemetery in Keeneyville, PA. Memorial donations may be made in Roger's name to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
