Obituary of Mary L. Lawson
Mary L. (Grebe) Lawson, age 87, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. She was born on March 6, 1937 in Pottstown, PA, a daughter of Blaine and Mildred (Haring) Grebe. Mary was the wife of Thomas L. Lawson for 28 years. She worked as a cashier for Acme in Williamsport. Mary enjoyed yard sales, flea markets, Bingo, flower gardening, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her husband, Thomas; children, Ken (Sue) Stephen of Stony Fork, PA, Jeff (Angela Carson) Stephen of Boyertown, PA, Cindy (Jeff) Goodwin of Wellsboro, PA; stepchildren Barbara (Bob) Zajack of Middletown, CT, Thomas Lawson of Massachusetts, and Robert (Lucy) Lawson of CT; sister, Janet Fry of Pottstown, PA; four grandchildren, Nikki, Joe, John, Timi; two step grandchildren, Andrew and Dylan and six great-grandchildren, Kayden, Carmen, Dylon, Xander, Gavin, and Bryson. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert Grebe and Blaine Grebe, and step grandson, Ryan Lawson.
Friends and family are invited to call on Monday, August 12, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Ed Siddle officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Catlin Hollow Cemetery. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
