Obituary of Lyle Everett

Lyle Everett, age 73, of Millerton, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024. He was born on July 9, 1951, in Elmira, NY, a son of Morgan and Mildred (Hall) Everett. Lyle moved to Florida in the 1980's where he worked as a machinist and supervisor at H&S Swanson Tool Company. He moved back to Pennsylvania in 2019 and was a member of the Glen Regional Corvette Club. Lyle was an avid hunter and fisherman who had a great love for the outdoors. Lyle is survived by his son, Duston (Michelle) Everett of Millerton, PA; a granddaughter, Ava Everett; twin brother Lynn (Judi) Everett of Lawrenceville, PA; brother, Decker (Misty) Everett; sisters, Marletta Louis of Pinellas Park, FL, and Marleea Smith of Wellsboro, PA, and a special nephew, Scott (Lois) Wood of Tioga and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Calvert and Alan Everett and a sister, Marcella Doane. A celebration of Lyle's life will be held at a later date.
