Obituary of Noah Matthew Mann
Noah Matthew Mann, age 19, of Tioga, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA. He was born on June 2, 2004 in Elmira, NY, a son of Terry Roupp Jr. and Ginger Mann. Noah enjoyed swimming, video games, wrestling, fishing, riding bike, the outdoors, and his dog, Bella.
Noah is survived by his father, Terry Roupp, Jr. of Jamestown, PA; mother and stepfather, Ginger (Scott Barnes) Mann of Tioga, PA; brother, Shawn Forsyth of Tioga, PA; two sisters, AnnaMae Mann-Roupp of Tioga, PA and Rabacca Roupp of Tioga, PA; special friend, Abram Simpson of Tioga, PA, maternal grandparents, Joann and Shawn Forsyth, Sr. of Tioga, PA; paternal grandmother, Tammy Saunders of FL; paternal grandfather, Terry Roupp, Sr. of Elmira, NY; and his aunt, Shannon (William) Edwards of Troy, PA.
