Obituary of Frederick A. Hadley

Frederick A. Hadley, age 89 from Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at his home. Frederick was born February 8, 1935, in Montclair, NJ, a son of Frederick and Dorothy (Mills) Hadley. He was a manager at New Jersey Bell Telephone, which is now Verizon. Frederick enjoyed working outside, building, daily walks through the park, and golfing. Frederick is survived by his wife, Joan (Hills) Hadley; son Frederick "Scott" (Sheila) Hadley of Whiting, NJ; daughters Arlene (Robert LeRoy) Hadley of Maine, and Janice (William) Chamberlain of Wellsboro, PA; grandchildren Blake, Ross, Tyler, and Rachel Chamberlain; and great grandchildren Madison and Caleb Chamberlain. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Barbara Richardson. A private family service will be held at a later date.
