Obituary of Barry Lynn Heisey

Barry Lynn Heisey, age 77, of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2024 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA. He was born on September 17, 1946 in Florin, PA, a son of Leroy Heisey and Eleanor (Kleinfelter) Grove. Barry was married to Deborah (Shertz) Heisey. He was a truck driver for HR Ewell. Barry enjoyed riding motorcycles, stock car racing, fishing, hunting, and watching Clint Eastwood movies. Barry is survived by his wife; a son, Barry Heisey, Jr. of Mountville, PA; two daughters, Tanise (William) Wennerholt of Mount Joy, PA and Anita (Roger Jr.) Fitzwater of Denver, PA; eight grandchildren, Lindsay, Leah, Brandon, Kierstyn, Julian, Morgan, Dana, and Ayden; and three great grandchildren, Liliana, Anthony, and Connor. He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Heisey; his mother, Eleanor Grove; and a brother, Ronald Heisey. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Lancaster County. Burial will take place in Grand View Memorial Park in Annville, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S.
