Obituary of Barbara Rankin

Barbara Jean Rankin, age 69, of Westfield, PA, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport. She was born on August 17, 1954, in Corning, NY, a daughter of Richard Sr., and Arietta (Proctor) Parker. Barbara was married to the late Phillip Rankin. She worked at various restaurants and retail stores throughout her life. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and friends. Barbara is survived by her sons, Kevin Rankin of Holiday Lakes, TX, Donald (Misty) Rankin of Holiday Lakes, TX and Ray (Sarah) Rankin of Angleton, TX; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; a brother, Richard Harvey Parker, Sr. of Eldred, PA; and 5 sisters, Velma Westbrook of Westfield, PA, Rose Knickerbocker of Elkland, PA, Rita (Mitchell) Pirkins of Osceola, PA, Karen (Gerald) VanNess of Wellsboro, PA and Jaroyal Patterson of Ansonia, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. In honoring Barbara's wishes, there will be no services. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S.
