Frank and I became good friends while attending Mansfield State. We both graduated at about the same time, Frank in Criminal Justice and me in Psychology. Our first jobs out of college were as counselors at the former Endless Mountains Treatment Center in Blossburg. Frank and I actually had an apartment together for a time during that period. After the Center closed we lost touch as there were no cell phones or lap tops back then. We spent a lot of fun time together. Sorry to hear of his passing.

Franks was a neighbor and classmate as far back as elementary school, growing up on Memorial Ave. in Williamsport. Thoughts and prayers to family and loved ones.
So sad to see this! Have such fond memories of Mr. Bubb when I subbed and volunteered at Rock L. Butler Middle School! What a terrific guy he was! Always so helpful and always had a knack for telling stories/jokes to make us laugh!

I worked with Frank for 11 years. I will miss him terrible! He often visited with me after 3:00 before leaving work. He often came to our yard sales. Will miss seeing you during yard sale season. Your Family is in my prayers! God Bless!

Worked with Frank at Rock L. Butler, he was a character!!!! Good man, good worker, good person to talk to(or listen to talk, most conversations were one sided). Appreciate our time together, appreciate his efforts to help make the Rock a good place to go to school and work.

What a character you were. All the years at middle school, the girls in the kitchen and Linda out in the cafeteria. You'd pester us so much, but we always tried to give it back to you, laughing all the way. Sally and Tyler, my thoughts and prayers are with you, there's so many memories you have that should bring smiles to your faces.
