Obituary of Stephanie Marie Johnson

Stephanie Marie Johnson, age 43, of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at her home. She was born on January 28, 1980, in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of Lyle W. Johnson and Terry-Ann (McKissick) Kohler. Stephanie enjoyed painting, jewelry making, geology, kayaking, and anything outdoors. She also loved spending time with friends and family and going to Dave Matthews music festivals. Stephanie is survived by her mother and stepfather, Terry-Ann and Don Kohler; two daughters, Elizabeth Kilburn, and Paislee Pennings; three grandchildren, Aidan, Ava, and Lillia Smith; two sisters, Corrinne (Luke Plumley) Johnson, and Alison Johnson; an aunt, Mary Ellen (David) Rhodes; maternal grandmother, Rosemary McKissick; and a cousin, Heather (Evan) Clark. She was preceded in death by her father; maternal grandfather, Robert McKissick; and paternal grandparents, Algy and Marion Johnson. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 11 AM to noon. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation at noon, Rev. Barbara Kohler will officiate.
