Obituary of Laurene A. Barrett

Barrett, Laurene A. Larrie, 89, of Mansfield, PA, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2008. Larrie was born March 16, 1919 in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Drier) Klofath. She was predeceased by her husband James Barrett in 1976. Larrie retired from the San Diego Police Department in 1982, where she had worked for many years as an emergency services dispatcher and radio operator. She moved to the Mansfield area in 1983 to be close to family. She is survived by her son, James R. Barrett of Elmira, NY, and granddaughter Gina T. Barrett of State College, PA. It was Larries wish that there be no visitation. Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Jacquelyn A.
