Obituary of John Francis Zimmers
John Francis Zimmers, age 82, of Middlebury Center, passed away June 30, 2023, surrounded by family, at home. A son of John and Violet (Rhodes) Zimmers, John worked as a heavy equipment operator for Union 542 prior to retirement.
John is survived by his wife, Phyllis Jean (Brown) Zimmers; six stepchildren, Rosemary, Michael, David, Jacques, Jeffrey, and Bobbie Jo; several grandchildren; and 3 siblings.
As per John's wishes, no services will be held at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S Main St. Mansfield, PA.
