Obituary of Emily Jo Lester

Emily Jo Lester, age 26, a resident of Erie Home for Children and Adults in Girard, PA, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. She was born on October 18, 1996, in Evanston, WY, a daughter of Andy and Patricia (Whitehead) Lester of Tioga, PA. Emily loved flowers, purses, dresses, sunglasses, music , "Woody", and especially her dog Spiffy. She loved and was loved by everyone she met. Emily is survived by her parents; sisters, Andrea Lester of Tioga, PA, Anita Lester of Germany, and Jaylyn Lester of Tioga, PA; maternal grandparents, Carl and Anita Whitehead of Bakersfield, CA; paternal grandmother, Billie (Lavelle) Lester of Fort Bridger, WY; uncle, Varrin (Wendy) Lester of Evanston, WY; auntie, JoAnn (Sheldon) McNabb of Bakersfield, CA. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Raymond Jay Lester, and her cousin, Brian McNabb.
