Obituary of Sheri L. Cowan

Sheri L. (Graham) Cowan, age 72, of Covington, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at her home. She was born on June 28, 1950 in Canton, PA, a daughter of Wellington "Tink" and Virginia (Hall) Graham. Sheri was married to the late William L. Cowan who passed away on April 5, 2022. She worked for Head Start for 25 years as a bus driver, substitute teacher, and cook. Sheri also worked as a home health aide, a housekeeper at The Green Home, and a janitor for West Restaurant. She volunteered at the Mansfield VFW and enjoyed canning, gardening, sewing, quilting, cooking, and quality family time. Sheri is survived by her daughters, Melinda Barrett of Wellsboro, PA, and Rebecca Barrett of Blossburg, PA; six grandchildren, Steven Barrett, Chloe Barrett, Sierra Wilcox, Camden Wilcox, Derek Ottolini, and Dalton Ottolini; two great grandchildren, Ava Austin, and Olivia West; two brothers, Wade (Dorothy) Graham of Canton, PA, and Wellington Graham, Jr. of Canton, PA; and a brother-in-law, Edward Keiffer. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a sister, Sue Keiffer. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
