Obituary of Lauren Pautz

Lauren Pautz, age 82, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023 at his home. He was born on March 31, 1940 in Elmira, NY, the son of Carl and Agnes (Burnham) Pautz. Lauren was married to Susan (Middaugh) Pautz for 62 years. He owned and operated Wheeler's Garage and Wrecker Service and was a truck driver. Lauren is survived by his wife; a son, Joseph Pautz of Gillett, PA; a daughter, Lori Jackson of Addison, NY; a granddaughter, Maisey Pautz; and a sister, Joyce Stephens of Horseheads, NY. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Rinecavage; twin daughters, Jan and Jill; and a granddaughter, Jolene Pautz. In honoring Lauren's wishes, there will be no services. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
