Obituary of Richard Ogden
Richard Leon Ogden, age 87 of Blossburg, PA, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. Richard was born January 26, 1936 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Kenneth and Frances (Jankowiak) Ogden. Richard and his wife Lorena would have celebrated 61 years of marriage on February 10. He was an Army veteran, worked at Ward Foundry, and as a self-employed carpenter. Richard enjoyed woodworking and tinkering on cars.
Richard is survived by his wife, Lorena (Bower) Ogden; daughter, Dianne (Greg) Killian of Marriottsville, MD; and grandchildren Madeline and Ryan. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Clinton "Buddy" Ogden.
