Obituary of Lee Schwartz

Lee Schwartz, age 83, of Wellsboro, PA, died Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, PA. Lee was born September 21, 1924 in Lakewood, NJ, a son of Joseph and Anna Schwartz. He was the husband of Carol (Doriss) Schwartz with whom he would have celebrated a 40th anniversary on August 27th. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. Lee was a retired legal photographer. Lee is survived by his wife, Carol of Wellsboro; a daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Fred Davis of Willow Grove, PA; a son, Joseph Schwartz of PA and a grandson Michael Davis of Willow Grove, PA. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Schwartz. A private memorial service was held on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at 6 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
