Obituary of William J. Warriner
William "Bill" Warriner passed away peacefully at home on December 7, 2022, at the age of 61. Bill was born July 7, 1961, a son of Walter Warriner and Dorothy Starkweather. Originally from Wellsboro, PA Bill moved with his family to Williamsport, PA. Bill enjoyed spending time in nature camping, bowling, and hanging out with family and friends. He was a US Navy veteran and a member of the River of Life church in Mansfield.
William was predeceased in death by his parents, a sister Leslie Warriner and brothers Douglas and James Warriner. He is survived by his wife Jill Warriner, and children William Jr. (Jessica), Doug and Ruth Warriner. He is also survived by sisters Terri Adamy (Robert), Tammy Wager, Louann Starkweather, and brothers Duane (Dawn) Starkweather, Alvin (Inge) Starkweather, Lee (Melinda) Starkweather as well as many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at River of Life Fellowship Church, 14495 Route 6, Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Keith Paris officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be sent to the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 South Main Street, Mansfield PA is assisting the family. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
