Obituary of Mary E. Cooper

Mary E. Cooper, age 83, of Blossburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on January 10, 1939 in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of John B. Wakely and Elizabeth W. Mary was married to the late Clayton Cooper who passed away in 2012. She worked as a nurse's aide at Covington School, a bus driver, and volunteered at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital. Mary enjoyed friends and family, canning, reading, playing cards, and the Hallmark Channel. Mary is survived by her daughters, Beth Delinski Masser of South Williamsport, PA, Maurie (David) Delinski Hepler of VA; sons, James (Mary) Delinski of Covington, PA, Dirk (Tami) Delinski of Liberty, PA; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and two brothers and sisters. Our hearts are broken, sad, and heavy. In honoring Mary's wishes, there will be no services.
