Obituary of Josephine L. Breese

Josephine L. Breese, age 88, of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Absolut – Three Rivers Care home in Painted Post, NY. She was born on May 3, 1934, in Hartsville, NY, a daughter of Eli and Rheuhama (Puffer) Woodworth. Josephine worked as waitress and enjoyed crocheting. Josephine is survived by her sisters, Helen (Donald) Brott of Tioga, PA, Rosa (Lawrence) Ward of Binghamton, NY, Virginia (Gerald) Purvis of Elmira, NY, and Joan Jones of FL; brothers, Lewis Woodworth of Alaska, PA, and Phillip Woodworth of Cambridge Springs, PA, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Anthony "Tony" Breese, and two sisters, Jean and Janice. In keeping with Josephine's wishes, there will be no services.
