Obituary of Glenda Talley

Glenda (Miller) Talley, age 86, of Covington, PA, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on November 27, 1935 in Upper Providence Twp., PA, the daughter of H. Russell and Margaret (Greenlee) Miller. Glenda was married to the late Morton Lackey Talley III who passed away on September 26, 2022. They would have celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary on December 12, 2022. Glenda was a homemaker and a member of Covington United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, baking, gardening, and canning. Glenda is survived by her sons, sons, Christopher (Denise) Talley of Mansfield, PA, and Curtis Talley of Mansfield, PA; two daughters, Cynthia (Brian) Talley-Tuel of Downingtown, PA, and Cathleen Hunter of Pleasant Hill, MO; six grandchildren, Caitlyn, Devin, Brenna, Ashley, Morgan, and Derrick; five great grandchildren; and two brothers, Howard Russell "Buddy" Miller of TX, and Royden Kenneth Miller of Oxford, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
