Obituary of Gary Edwin Husted

Gary Edwin Husted, age 76, of Laporte, PA, formerly of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 at The Highlands Care Center in Laporte, PA. He was born on April 5, 1946 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Myron and Evelyn (Evans) Husted. Gary owned Husted's Auto Body. He was an avid car fan. Gary is survived by his daughters, Rhonda (Ronald) Moore of Morris Run, PA, and Amberly Mattison of Corning, NY; eight grandchildren, Mathew Enderle, Jackie Lee, Gary Gerow, Jr., Nicole Gerow, Rickie Moore, Jenna Moore, Kaitlynn Mattison, and Amanda Mattison; thirteen great grandchildren; a brother, Mike Husted of AZ; and two sisters, Marlene Filmore of Wellsboro, PA, and Millie Glasscock of VA. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Gary James Husted; and a great grandson, Michael Nice A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
