Obituary of Patrick McLaughlin

Patrick McLaughlin, age 74, of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at his home. He was born on November 8, 1947 in Susquehanna, PA, the son of Francis "Max" Xavier McLaughlin and Kathryn Rita (Snyder) Dropp. Patrick was the loving husband of Kathleen (Seelye) McLaughlin. He was a manager at Kinny Shoe Store. Patrick enjoyed playing pool, old Rock n Roll, blues, and classic music. Patrick is survived by his wife; mother-in-law, Phyllis "Gram" Seelye of Lawrenceville, PA; three stepsons, Timothy (Kelly) Smith of GA, Jason (April) Smith of Tioga, PA, and Michael Smith of Lawrenceville, PA; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Brian (Laurie) Seelye of Blossburg, PA, and Earl (Louise) Seelye of Troy, PA; sister-in-law, Phyllis (Lee) Parker of Galeton, PA; and his best friend Larry (Kathy) Fox of Susquehanna, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his stepfather, Frank Dropp. In honoring Patrick's wishes, there will be no services. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
