Obituary of Kenneth F Buck
Kenneth Buck Sr., age 68 of Wellsboro, PA passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 13, 1954, in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Alva R. and Elizabeth (Smith) Buck. Kenneth worked at Corning Glass for 39 years and was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed Tri Lakes archery, bowling, cycling, hunting, fishing, animals, and he coached little league baseball for many years.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 48 years, Gayle; sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth (Angie) Buck Jr., of Cameron, NY, and Steven (Jamie) Buck of Middlebury Center, PA; a granddaughter, Hannah Hoffman; a brother, Donald (Nancy) Buck Sr. of Middlebury Center, PA; a sister, Norma Walters of Tioga, PA; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and his favorite cat Tilly.
Friends and family are invited to call from 11A.M. to 1P.M. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1 P.M. with Pastor Harry Colegrove officiating. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery.
