Mrs. Cooper was one of my favorite teachers! I remember her telling us she was going to teach us to fold a road map better than our parents could! My thoughts are with her friends and family.

Barb was my first grade teacher at what is now Retan Center at Mansfield University. I became a teacher and taught in the same school district as she did. What wonderful memories I have of her. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing.

Sorry to hear about Mrs. Cooper. I saw her about a year ago when doing the census. Beautiful place she had.
She came out on the porch and I said Mrs. Cooper, yes, your a Slusser right. How is Al?
We had a nice chat and I had to go back a second time. It was so nice seeing her.
My condolences to her family.
A wonderful teacher and person

I have very fond memories of Mrs.Cooper. She was a one of kind teach. She made you listen and respect her. I loved the fact that she taught responsibility as well by making you bring a pencil to class and if you didn’t have one you better have a quarter.
She will be missed. God Bless your family.
