Obituary of Robert Lowmiller
Robert A. Lowmiller, age 86, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at UPMC Wellsboro Hospital. He was born on May 17, 1935 in Williamsport, PA, a son of John and Kathryn (Hafer) Lowmiller. Robert was married to Phyllis Lowmiller who passed away on January 17, 2022. He was a custodian for Williamsport School District and was a member of Wellsboro Moose and Republican League.
Robert is survived by five sons, Gordie (Annette) Heck of Lakeland, FL, Gene (Rosie) Heck of Wellsboro, PA, George (Cathy) Heck of Green Bay, WI, John (Katie) Heck of Spring Hill, FL, and Aaron (JoAnn) Yungwirth of Galeton, PA; two daughters, Candy (Troy) Albro of Brownville, PA, and Cindy (Max) Day of Wellsboro, PA; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-eight great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; four brothers, Alvin, Raymond, John, and Fred Lowmiller; and a granddaughter, Cheryl Heck.
He and his wife's service will be held on April 2, 2022 at 3:00pm at Wellsboro Moose Lodge 36 Old Tioga St. Wellsboro, PA. Memorial contributions can be made to Loyal of the Moose, 36 Old Tioga St. Wellsboro, PA 16901. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
