Obituary of William Henry Stroud
William Henry Stroud, age 73, of Middlebury Center, PA, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022 at his home. He was born on February 9, 1949 in Kingston, PA, a son of Fred and Helen (Rinehimer) Stroud. William was married to Lynn Kay Stroud for 47 years. He repaired and engraved watches and clocks. William was a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Advancement for the Deaf.
William is survived by his wife; a son, Landen K. (Kathryn) Stroud of Highspire, PA; two daughters, Wannetta (AJ) Lasley of Sunbury, PA, and Patricia (Matthew Klinger) Stroud of Middlebury Center, PA; three grandchildren; two brothers, Fred (Pearl) Stroud of Troy, PA, and Jody (Joan) Stroud of Drums, PA; a sister, Trudy (Wayne) Shonk of Hatfield, PA; and many nieces and nephews and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grandparents; Henry and Bertha Rinehimer; and Clifford and Anna Stroud.
In honoring William’s wishes, there will be no services. Burial will take place in Arbon Cemetery in Blossburg, PA. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
