Obituary of Phyllis Jane Lowmiller

Phyllis Jane (Anderegg) Lowmiller, age 88, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 at Broad Acres Nursing Home in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on April 2, 1933 in Olean, NY, a daughter of William and Esther (Serena) Anderegg. Phyllis was married to Robert Lowmiller. She was a laborer for Galeton Production. Phyllis was a member of Chapter 60 Women of the Moose, VFW 6753 in Knoxville, PA, and the Arnot Sportsmen's Club. Phyllis is survived by her husband; five sons, Gordie (Annette) Heck of Lakeland, FL, Gene (Rosie) Heck of Wellsboro, PA, George (Cathy) Heck of Green Bay, WI, John (Katie) Heck of Spring Hill, FL, and Aaron (JoAnn) Yungwirth of Galeton, PA; two daughters, Candy (Troy) Albro of Brownville, PA, and Cindy (Max) Day of Wellsboro, PA; fifteen grandchildren; thirty eight great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Earl "Bud" Anderegg; and two sisters, Mary Hadden, and Doris Bennett; and a grandchild, Cheryl Heck. A memorial service will be held on April 2, 2022 at 3pm at Wellsboro Moose Lodge 36 Old Tioga St. Wellsboro, PA.
