I'm so sad, shaken to just learn of RJ's passing. When RJ was a 18, teenager in Brookville, RJ came along with me on a trip to Europe and attended my friend's wedding in France, and he also toured Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany. The Germany part of the trip was business for me, but my clients liked RJ so much they insisted he join us all at a dinner in a castle. All my French friends adored RJ. We did paragliding off a mountain in the French Alps. Went all over Paris. RJ was a very polite, smart, and friendly young man. I lost touch and stumbled on this terrible thing. I also know RJ really loved his family, he talked about his family even in Europe. I'm happy RJ got to have that experience of international travel, to be honest it was at really nice places, hotels, meals, we had a Mercedes rental. For about 50% of the days of the trip I had to work and and never worried about RJ out on his own. He would go around and see things in places we were staying on his own then tell me about it in the evening. Snoop Dog was staying at one of the hotels. RJ stayed at the super lux Exedra Hotel in Rome, toured the Vatican, Coliseum, Roman Forum. I never worried about how RJ would present himself with my friends and clients overseas, he fit right in. Sorry I went on so long, I hope these memories add some perspective about RJ. I'll try to reach out to the family. If he was ill or any other issues I would have done anything to help him. Feeling very sad.
