I was blessed with spending time with "Jan"/Mrs. K. as an MU student in the England Study Tour class. After our trip to England, I was invited to CT to visit the Clarks with Cle from Brazil, Aziz from the Middle East and neighbor Nancy Chapman. She was such a joy to be around and so giving of herself. My fond memories are cherished. The following is something I share when loved ones pass. It is so true of her, especially...The people that are the most important to us never really leave. They are a part of us forever. Be grateful for the life that was and, look for them in the things and the people they touched.

Will I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. She was a special part of the MU family. As Melva said, I also went to England on one of her trips. She made these trips possible for those of us who would have never done this on our own.

My condolences to all members of Kennedy's family. Back in 1983 I was fortunate to spent 4 months at their home. They welcomed me as a member of the family and I keep very good memories of all the good times we had together. Special thanks to Mr. Bill Kennedy and Mrs Kennedy. Wherever they are, they live in my memories and in my heart. God bless you.

Will,
I have so many wonderful memories with your mom. She was my advisor at Mansfield as well as a calming and reassuring voice. I enjoyed my England trip with her as she little the travel bug in this naive girl from Troy.
