Obituary of Jackie "Jack" L Moran
Jackie "Jack" L. Moran Sr., age 70, of Blossburg, PA, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. He was born on March 17, 1951, in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Harry Moran and Pauline (Matteson) Moran. Jack was the husband of Laura Moran. He served in the army and was a truck driver for Cross Excavating. Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and being a part of the American Legion in Morris Run, PA.
Jack is survived by two sons, Jackie Moran Jr. of Blossburg, PA, and Timothy Moran of WA; three daughters, Joy (Dan Bockus) Moran of Blossburg, PA, Kimberly (James Plouse) Lattimer of Lockwood, NY, and Tina (Jay) Adams of Covington, PA; nine grandchildren, Raiden Wimpelberg, Aleah Wimpelberg, Tyler Gernert, Kaylee Lattimer, Logan Moran, Nolen Moran, Chelsea Moran, Jordan Adams, and Joshua Adams; two great grandchildren, Adeline Wood, and Hudson Adams; two sisters, Carol (Timothy) Welch of Mansfield, PA, and Vickie (Michael) Wandell of Charlotte, NC. He was predeceased by his wife, Laura, a sister Donna Holley, and a brother, Thomas Moran.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday October 10, 2021, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 8 p.m. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
