Obituary of Lyleton Erway

Lyleton Erway, age 80, of Mansfield, PA, formerly of Millerton, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Broad Acres Nursing Home in Wellsboro, PA. He was born on March 28, 1941 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Lyle and Callie (Ingalls) Erway. Lyleton was married to Shirley Erway. He worked as a machinist and was a veteran of the United States Army. Lyleton is survived by his wife; a brother, Ivan B. Erway of Mansfield, PA; four sisters, Vietta Scaife of Keen, NY, Callie (Lyell) Drake of Lindonville, NY, Katie Freeman of Enoree, SC, and Sylvia Dillenbeck of Vista, CA; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Wilma Dawson. In honoring Lyleton's wishes, there will be no services.
