Obituary of James Paris

James Paris, age 87, of Coudersport, PA, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Sweden Valley Manor in Coudersport, PA. He was born on July 3, 1934, in Sayre, PA, a son of Ray and Rose (Sisson) Paris. James was the husband of the late Helen Paris, who passed away on August 5, 2019. He worked as a machinist at Ingersoll Rand. James is survived by his son, Keith (Karen) Paris of Mainesburg, PA; daughter, Kathy (Michael) Farman of Tioga, PA; five grandchildren Amy, Alicia, Matthew, Chad, and Shaun; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Helen; brothers, Don, Rex, and Raymond Paris; and a sister, Mabel McCorter. A private graveside service will be held at Alder Run Cemetery. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA, is assisting the family.
