OUR SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO ALL OF DOC'S FAMILY. I HAVE KNOWN JIM EVERY SINCE I CAME TO TROY IN 1962. HE BROUGHT OUR SON MICHAEL INTO THE WORLD. HE LOVED FOOTBALL, ESPECIALLY TROY FOOTBALL. HE SAT ACROSS FROM US AT THE TROY HOME GAMES. I ALWAYS WENT OVER TO CHAT WITH HIM. I APPRECIATE THE CARE HE GAVE OUR FAMILY AND WILL MISS THAT SMILE AND GREEETING WE ALWAYS GOT. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES DOC.
VERY SINCERELY,
HARLAN AND JACKIE PRESS

To say that Doc was such a great guy just seems like an understatement. He enriched the lives of everyone around him. He and his beloved wife Helen were an intricate part to our community, our church and our lives here in Armenia Township. His wit, dedication and friendship is missed by so many. He has left us with some great memories and will always be kept in our prayers. I wish that all those great memories and knowing he is now with Helen can be kept in the forefront while we mourn his passing. Prayers are with all of his friends and family.
