Obituary of Keith R. Caforio
Keith R. Chipper Caforio, age 45, of Gillett, PA, died Sunday, February 24, 2008 in South Creek Township. Keith was born April 25, 1962 in Endicott, NY, a son of Robert Caforio and Patricia Patti Caforio. Keith enjoyed racing the stock car he built in Granville, PA, NASCAR, his favorite driver was Jeff Gordon, and he was an avid hunter. Keith was self employed and had been employed by J. M. Howe Contracting.
Keith is survived by his longtime companion, Susan Garino and her son, John Garino of Gillett, PA; a son and daughter-in-law, Rich (Christine) Caforio of Elmira, NY; two daughters, Kasey Caforio-Keach, of Lowman, NY, and Brooke Caforio of Bath, NY; his mother, Patti Baker of Tioga, PA; a grandson, Antonio Caforio; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer (Chris) McCall of Tioga, PA, and Pamela (Kevin) Costley of Lawrenceville, PA. two brothers and a sister-in-law, Robert (Laurie) Baker of Lawrenceville, PA, Scott Baker of Tioga, PA, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Caforio, and his step-father, James Jim Baker in April, 2003.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., and Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
