Obituary of Shelva Smith

Shelva (Gaylord) Smith, age 84, of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Broad Acres Nursing Home in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on November 24, 1936, the daughter of Lewis and Helen (Dempsey) Gaylord. Shelva was a secretary for Mansfield University and was a member of Covington Church of Christ. Shelva is survived by her daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Smith of Covington, PA; and two grandchildren, Brion Lewis Smith and Lauren Elizabeth Smith. She was preceded in death by a son, Lane Patrick Smith. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 2 to 3 PM at Covington Church of Christ 2225 N. Williamson Rd.
