Obituary of Helen June Stout
Helen June Stout, age 73, of Millerton, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY. She was born on February 7, 1948 in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of Raymond and Lilaha (Southard) Gleason. Helen was a social worker for Chemung County Arc and was a member of Victory Church in Troy, PA. She enjoyed reading, riding horses, card games, and talking with family and friends.
Helen is survived by her husband, Lyle Cummings of Millerton, PA; two daughters, Tina Winnie of Millerton, PA, and Brooke Stout of Millerton, PA; three sons, Russell (Gina) Stout of TN, Brandon Stout of NC, and James Stout of NC; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a brother, Maynard "Flip" Gleason of Wellsboro, PA; two sisters, Virginia (Floyd) Young of Mansfield, PA, and Patricia Webster of Lawrenceville, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Brian Cummings; two sisters, Claudia King, and Connie Marble; two brothers, Desmond and Raymond Gleason.
Friends and family are invited to call on Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 1-2pm at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A private family service will follow.
