Obituary of Victoria Noelle Allison

Victoria Noelle Allison, age 29, of Wellsboro, PA passed away at her home on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. She was born on February 16, 1991, a daughter of Richard and Victoria (Stead) Anderson. Victoria was the wife of Joshua Allison. First and foremost, her life was devoted to her daughter, Naomi whom she loved and nurtured with care for her rare heart condition. She was a homemaker who enjoyed painting and dancing. Tori is survived by her husband, Joshua; daughter Naomi Dahlia Allison; mother, Victoria Anderson of Wellsboro, PA; father, Richard Anderson of Chadds Ford, PA; brother Richard Anderson, Jr. of Wellsboro, PA; sisters Jennifer (Mat) Wilson of Troy, PA and Allyson Anderson of Wellsboro, PA; maternal grandmother Lillian Stead of Folson, PA; mother- and father-in-law Tammy and Steven Allison of Florence, AL; sister-in-law Samantha Allison of Florence, AL and brother-in-law Cody Cassady of Florence, AL. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses. Services are under the direction of Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
