Obituary of Arnold C. Way
Arnold C. Way, age 78, of Liberty, PA, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the Green Home in Wellsboro, PA. He was born on January 15, 1943 in Blossburg, PA, a son of George and Enid (Witherow) Way. Arnold was the husband of Mary (Moretz) Way. He was a US Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War. Arnold worked as a machinist at Ward Manufacturing for 43 years before his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and riding motorcycles.
Arnold is survived by his wife Mary; son, Arnold Way, Jr. of Liberty, PA; daughter, Robin (James) Russell of Wittmann, AZ; brothers James Way of Williamsport, PA, and Gerald Way of Liberty, PA; sister Carolyn (Earl) Day of Roaring Branch, PA; grandchildren Jimmy, Charlie, Victoria, Kelsa, Taneal and Kendranne and great grandchildren Bailey, Kinsley, Peyton, Nova, Evelyn, Brysin, Lotus, and Mckenna. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half-brother Richard Griffen.
A private funeral service will be held at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Burial will take place in the Ogdensburg Cemetery, Ogdensburg, PA.
