Obituary of Tonya L. Welch
Tonya L. Welch, age 59, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at The Green Home in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on February 3, 1961 in North Tonawanda, NY, daughter of John and Lillian (Huntington) Marsiglio. Tonya worked at Partners In Progress. She enjoyed crafts, dressing up, music, jewelry, and visiting.
Tonya is survived by her children, Angela Lucas of FL, Kimberly (Matthew Sallade) Nichols of Coudersport, PA, Scott (Kristi) Lucas of FL, Brian Lucas of Coudersport, PA, and Samantha (Nathan) Sallade of Coudersport, PA; grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a brother, Roger (Ann) Marsiglio of Elkland, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, John Marsiglio, and Jeff Marsiglio; and a sister, Darlene Leach.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in West Hill Cemetery in Galeton, PA. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
