Obituary of Peggy K. Spring
Peggy K. Spring, age 37, of Liberty, PA, died Monday, December 8, 2008 at her home. Peggy was born August 28, 1971 in Williamsport, PA, a daughter of Edward and Alice (Ridge) Hughes. She was the wife of Scott T. Spring. Peggy was the Office Manager for Dr. Ollock. She enjoyed scrapbooking, spending time with her family and friends and attending her sons sporting events. She attended St. Pauls United Methodist Church in Nauvoo.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Scott; a son, Jacob, both of Liberty, PA; her parents, Edward and Alice Hughes of English Center, PA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine and Mark Jenson of Philadelphia, PA, Mary Lou Crawford of Rockport, MO, Linda Dawes of Williamsport, PA, Sara Engel of Montoursville, PA, and Jean and Ron Patterson of Fort Stewart, GA; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, December 12, 2008 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at St. Pauls United Methodist Church, Nauvoo, PA. A memorial service will be held at the church immediately following calling hours at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Tom Harmic officiating. The family will provide the flowers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Peggys memory to the Jacob Spring Educational Fund, c/o First Citizens National Bank, 300 Main St., Blossburg, PA 16912.
