Obituary of Clarence D. Everitt
Clarence D. Everitt, age 67, of Covington, PA, died on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at home. Clarence was born on November 21, 1941 in West Pike, PA, the son of Linton and Ruby (Knickerbocker) Everitt.
He was self employed in the automotive transmissions business and was a member of the Independent Fundamental Baptist Church.
Clarence is survived by six sons and two daughters-in-law, Clay ( Sue Miller) Everitt of Covington, PA, Eugene Everitt of Wellsboro, PA, Thomas Tom and Diana Everitt of Knoxville, PA, Stanley and Jennifer Gill of Ocala, FL, Shane Gill of Summerfield, FL, Jamie Everitt of Jobs Corners, PA, one brother and sister-in-law, LeRoy and Marilyn Everitt of Cheyenne, WY; three grandchildren, Shawn Everitt, Tyler and Taylor Gill; one great granddaughter, Rebecca Everitt; a nephew, Lee Everitt and a special friend, Gertrude Amburn. He was predeceased by a brother, Franklin Everitt and a sister, Murcel Briggs.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, December 7, 2008 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA.
