Obituary of Sharon C. Ewing

Sharon C. Ewing, age 72, of Millerton, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. She was born on November 16, 1947 in Odessa, CA, the daughter of Monti and Frances (Slododzian) Harmon. Sharon was the wife of Joseph N. Ewing. She worked as a bookkeeper for Methadone Clinic and was member of the Mainesburg United Methodist Church and Loyal Order of the Eastern Star. Sharon loved the outdoors and flowers and spoiling her grandchildren. Sharon is survived by her husband; four sons, John (Christina) Taniewski of Colorado Springs, CO, Daniel (Jen) Taniewski of Plymouth Meeting, PA, Dwight (Debbie) Ewing of Glenside, PA, and Scott Ewing of Fort Indiantown Gap, PA; three daughters, Chris (Mike) Dickenson of Wellsboro, PA, Candice (Mike) Nice of Montgomeryville, PA, and Kimberly Ewing of Boston, MA; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Francis Demitrio of Millerton; and three sisters, Antonia, Tina, and Geraldine. She was preceded in death by her parents. A private memorial service will be held at a later. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
