Obituary of Veronica M. Ogden
Veronica M. Ogden, age 67, of Covington, PA, died Sunday, November 23, 2008 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. Veronica was born May 26, 1941 in Scottsdale, NY, a daughter of Harold Edward and Geraldine Loretta (Perry) LaBelle. She was the wife of the late Allan J. Ogden. Veronica had been employed at Truck-Lite. She was one of Jehovahs Witnesses, loved to crochet, reading, word puzzles and playing cards.
Veronica is survived by a son, Michael J. Ogden of Elmira, NY; a daughter and son-in-law, Janice and John Undercoffler of Mainesburg, PA; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Lucille LaBelle of NY, Fred and Peggy Labelle of NY, Joey LaBelle of TN; four sisters, Mary LaBelle of TN, Helen Staber of CO, Tony Hauk of AL, Loretta LaBelle of NY; a half-brother, Jerry Hyatt of TN; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Krause of Blossburg, PA; several nieces and nephews, one great nephew. She was predeceased by her husband, Allan, a daughter, Sandra Ogden, two sisters, Harriet and Martha, and a brother, Jamie.
A memorial service will be held at Jehovahs Witnesses Kingdom Hall, Rt. 6, Wellsboro, PA on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. with Daryl Sherman officiating.
