Obituary of Jack Lewis Short
Jack Lewis Short, age 91, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at his home. He was born on August 6, 1929, the son of Louis and Esther (Deitzel) Short. Jack was the husband of Wanda (Schaeffer) Short. He was self employed and developed Valley Green Golf Course in Etters, PA. Jack was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Jack is survived by his wife; a step daughter, Kelly (Eric) Mosher of Wellsboro; a step son, Mark (Judelyn) Zellers of Tempe, AZ; four grandchildren, Cohen, Liam, Chance, and Ashton; and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sons, David and Jack Short; and an infant son.
In honoring Jack's wishes, there will be no services. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
