Obituary of Kevin L. Heffner

Kevin L. Heffner, age 68, of Lawrenceville, PA passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. He was born on March 27, 1952 in Tioga, PA, a son of Benjamin and Lillian (Deats) Heffner. Kevin was the loving husband of Rose (Croft) Heffner. He worked at Ingersoll Rand and often did vehicle maintenance and detailing. Kevin is survived by his wife Rose; son Nakia (Michelle) Heffner of North Carolina; daughter Peggy (Georgia Whitsell) Heffner of Corning, NY; brother Steven (Mazzie) Heffner of Elkland, PA; sisters Lydia (Roger) Stone of Tioga, PA, Janice Bliss of Tioga, PA, Jennifer (Brian) Atkinson of Lawrenceville, PA, Mary (Ed) Steffan of Lawrenceville, PA, Hazel Morse of Lawrenceville, PA, and Marilyn Smith of Lawrenceville, PA; mother in law Judith Croft and grandchildren Justin, Sophia and Grace. He was preceded in death by brothers Nolan, Durwood, Franklin and Philip Heffner and sisters Pat VanOrden and JoAnn Losinger. Friends and family are invited to call on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Ken Smith officiating.
