Jim was a great friend and mentor at Lockheed Martin. Even though I was somewhat senior to him, I had long worked on a different project and when I started on Romeo, needed lots of tutoring. He was always helpful, funny, and ready to recruit another person to his weekly Lotto pool! The 20+ of us never did win the $$ jackpot, but with Jim, you always won the friendship prize!

I remember Jim when he first joined the CAD team I was leading back in the 1990's as a vendor at Lockheed Martin. When he was later hired by LM, I was pleased to have such a talented guy on the team for the duration. Hard working and regularly good humored, he was a pleasure to work with. I was very saddened to hear of Jim's untimely passing. My condolences to his family.
