RIP Larry ! You will be missed! You were very much loved by so many. I am so glad you, Bruce & Nancy stopped in to visit us in Wisconsin on your way back from Minnesota a few years ago. I know Chelsey & Sue were so thrilled you made the trip for Chelsey's wedding. Love to all the Dart's and Booth's and all extended families. Larry was part of an awesome & loving family.

My condolences to the family. Larry and I were college recruiters together at GEICO and sat side by side for countless phone interviews. I remember sharing November HR birthday cakes and his green thumb, which created a virtual jungle in our shared space. He was a great co-worker and I recall how proud he was of his military service. He was such a pleasure to work with at our job fairs and was a big help to me during my time in his department. My thoughts are with his family.

When I got the news I was heartbroken. Larry was more than a friend he was one of my best friends, also a neighbor in Virginia Beach. I first met Larry when I was assigned to Admiral McDonald’s staff at CINCLANTFLT in Norfolk Virginia. Our paths crossed again a few years later on board the U.S.S. Enterprise CVN-65 where we both served in the supply department. Larry was a kind sole and a great friend - when I transferred to Europe, he offered my wife and children a place to stay while my house was being sold. I had lost touch with Larry over the past 10 or 12 years but I thought of him often. my family loved Larry and we will miss him a great deal. Please know that our prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

Larry will be greatly missed by a large number of individuals who were part of his GEICO Family and I am one of them. Larry was an incredibly nice and thoughtful man who introduced me to the idea of working for GEICO. When a Navy Veteran tells another Navy Veteran that a Company will take care of them and offer you opportunities to succeed, you believe them. I will always remember my career with GEICO started with a chance meeting with Larry. He was a great representative of the US Navy and GEICO as well. He will be greatly missed. Just know that he had an impact on many lives.

May he rest in peace, I worked with Larry as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor in the Navy, I was assigned as the Drug and Alcohol Program Manager for the US Atlantic Submarine Force and my job was to inspect the Counseling and Assistance Center, every time I went to Larry's Center it was in Excellent Shape and Larry was always ready to help in anyway, skip forward several years I got a job at GEICO and lo and behold who meets me? Good Ole Larry. My heart aches for the family. But just wanted you all to know that he was a Sailors Sailor. and a great workmate. Till Valhalla Brother
