He has always been a person of character and excellence. Him and his family are the embodiment of kindness, integrity and know how to work hard. He also taught everyone around him to value your friends, family and those who care about you, over wanting everyone to accept you. He taught you how to appreciate what was given to you in the simplest of lessons. His smile was contagious, and he was a pillar of society. He molded everyone around him to be better. He is someone that taught me to overcome the odds, not be the odd man out. When hasn’t he done something good? He was silent, but strong. The good things about him, can fill up an encyclopedia.

One night we were sitting around the campfire telling scared stories and suddenly something came down from the tree and hit me in the head. I never flinched. It was soft so I wasn’t scared. He couldn’t believe that it didn’t scare me. We all had a great laugh over that. He was a wonderful man and will be missed. I am proud to have known him and have him a part of the family.

Chuck was a very awesome fun loving guy. I will always remember the Skunk. We were in Lancaster and they had rented a cabin and we were walking down the path to their cabin and he yelled Ethel there is a skunk. Believe me I yelled and took off. He just stood there laughing. Loved spending time with him. We will miss him. God bless you . No more pain. ❤️
